Ouch

update still not back to normal Wednesday and Thursday I had a panic attack Thursday one was worse because i ended having to sit on the floor because I fainted and was super light headed.....Iv got work experience next week which you can probably guess I am freaking out about,I am going to a hair and beauty place,Monday they don't open Tuesday I have got my paediatrician appointment and then ill work there Wednesday Thursday and Friday.I got my fingers stuck in the bathroom door last Tuesday,I shut the door heard a crack (made my tummy turn) and then I felt the pain. I am left handed too so I can't write,brush my hair, do my make-up and so on.
